Purchases & Refunds

If you have made payment via PayPal, please check your PayPal account to confirm the payment has left your account. If yes, then email us via Tayo.teaching.com. We will look into it and respond to you as soon as possible. If you made payments via Edahab or Zaad, You should have received a confirmation email from us. If you have not received an email from us, please check the payment numbers you used are accurate before contacting us at admin@tayoteaching.com We will look into your case and get back to you as soon as possible
If workshop applicants cannot attend a workshop, they must notify us within of purchase in order to get a full refund. Once the three day window is up, applicants will be given credit for a different workshop of their choice. No refund will be given to applicants who do not notify us of their absence within the above timelines.

To change you login password, login to Tayoteachin.com and onto your profile page. once on your profile page, go to setting and update your password.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@educo.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
